TERMS OF SERVICE
BY PURCHASING A COMMISSION FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
✿ PAYMENT ✿Payment will strictly be through PayPal, unless you are also from Canada and have the option of E-Transfer. Once I confirm that I will be getting started on your commission, ( if you are paying with PayPal) I will send you a PayPal invoice to request payment. (if you are using e-transfer) I will send you a request for payment either via email or phone number. Payment must be paid half upfront, half when the commission is finished.✿ REFUNDS ✿Refunds will only be applicable under the following circumstances:1. For the artist, if some emergency or other reason is to occur and cannot begin or continue with the commission that has already been paid.2. If the artist has not yet started the sketch of your commissionIn any other situation the refund is NOT applicable.✿ REVISIONS ✿Once the first payment is sent and everything is good to go, I will start with the sketch and send it for approval. In this instance you could change everything about the drawing (or small details) up to 3 times.Once sketch is approved you will be sent a color concept, there you can request any changes with the colours but not the sketch.And finally, when the color is approved I will continue with the illustration ( so no more changes ❌). Once the illustration is finished I am only able to make small, simple adjustments like color correcting but nothing more.✿ TIME ✿It will take me anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks to finish your commission once started, depending on commission size or complexity.
I work on a first come, first serve basis.
I will do my best to notify you of any possible delays.
If you need your commission by a specific date, please let me know upon first contact.
If an emergency or personal issue happens the finishing time can change but you will be notified accordingly.✿ FINAL ✿Once the second half of the payment is received, you will receive (via email or discord dm's) your completed commission on a minimum resolution of 2000x2000 px 300dpi (may vary on the quantity of characters) in PNG image format. I will also send one image without the background (PNG) if requested.If you need the image in a larger scale, let me know beforehand.✿ RIGHTS ✿I own all rights to the artwork I have created along with the rights to post my artwork where I deem necessary to promote myself or my art. Credits for the original character designs will, of course, be added.
I have the right to refuse ANY commission.
If you need the commission to be private, you have to make sure to let me know upon first contact.✿ ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ✿- Use my artwork commercially (making money off of it by any means) UNLESS given EXPLICIT permission. You MUST let me know if you wish to do this upon first contact. This will greatly increase commission price.- Take credit for my artwork / claim it as your own.- Edit/alter the artwork itself (without my permission first).✿ MY DO'S AND DON'TS ✿I DO:- Fanart
